I am a colorectal surgeon and professor at Korea University Guro Hospital. My current interests include cancer genomics, clinical AI, and organoids & microphysiological systems (MPS).

Trained in general surgery at Korea University with a visiting appointment at MD Anderson (Systems Biology). I lead and contribute to multicenter cohorts in colorectal cancer and hernia, and collaborate with computer scientists on standardized operative notes and predictive models.
